Processing Fee: A flat fee of $5 USD is required per exchange. This fee covers the administrative processing and helps us subsidize the majority of the international shipping costs for your new item.

No Return Needed: You do not need to ship the original item back to us—feel free to keep it or donate it to a local shelter.

Verification Process: To ensure a better fit this time, please email support@chillfork.com with your order number and the following proof:

Photos/Videos: Clear photos or a short video showing your dog wearing the brace from the front and side.

Measurement Proof: A photo of your dog’s leg measurement using a soft measuring tape.

Label Photo: A clear shot of the size label on the current product.
